Then once we agreed on the spec's of the truck Jennifer took over and looked after all the financing and paperwork, once the truck arrived to the dealership Jennifer and Jim looked after everything. The people at my carrier were happy to work with Jennifer as she is on top of her game. Jennifer and Jim thanks for doing such a great job, you made this easy.

I don't know what the bad ratings people experienced here but I experienced great customer service with very knowledgeable people. Came in had a transmission problem, they kept me up to date on what was going on. Let me use there truck … More to go get food, then gave me a ride to a hotel and a ride back to the shop. Everyone was very nice and went out of there way to help me. Service was excellent! Driver room was pretty good too,not the best iv seen but not the worst, free WiFi and comfy couches and a tv that you can get a couple channels... Also they have a yard that you can put your trailer in, pretty big too can fit 5 or 7 trailers roughly maybe more. But lots of room To get in and out.

The service department certainly know their stuff. From Paul and Wayne at the … More front desk to all the mechanics. They are friendly and will keep you in the loop for any repairs you need and work their best to keep costs down.
Now the only con! Being a Volvo dealership service charges are a little on the high side but you do get what you pay for. This is the difference between getting done right the first time or getting it done on the cheap and then having to pay for it to be repaired again!!!
In conclusion a big thumbs up guys

great bunch of guys,I arrived at 1115 PM Friday night for a quick assessment and a quote on my side farings coming loose,they came out right away, looked it over,1 guy wrote up a quote, foreman sent out a mechanic to make short term repairs … More to get me through until I CD get in for proper repairs and I was heading back to the 402 by 1230 Am, FRIDAY NIGHT OF A LONG WKND, I was very impressed with the way I was treated. Now it's a different story on the Volvo manufacturer itself, the issue should be a total recall on faring design, I see countless Volvo trucks with same issue over n over again,$2000 to repair some designers mistake on a trk just over 2 years old is ridiculous!!!!
